Crimped Wire Wheel Brushes
Typically used for the following applications: Cleaning rust, scale and oxidation, prepare surfaces prior to plating or painting, deburring, weld cleaning, roughening surfaces and edge blending.
These narrow face wheels have a flexible brushing action and can be mounted in multiples on a shaft to create a wide face.
Wheel Brushes have a greater fill density and more aggressive brushing action.
Available from 4″ to 12″ diameter in a variety of wire sizes, steel or stainless steel.
Medium face wheels are meant for use on bench and pedestal grinders and can be mounted in multiples.
Wheel Brushes provide maximum wire density and aggression and covers more surface area in a single pass.

Single Stem, Single Spiral Hand Tube Brushes
are mainly used for manual cleaning applications.

Single Stem and Double Stem Power Tube Brushes
are to be used with power tools for heavy-duty cleaning and deburring.

Standard Twist Wire Wheels
Provide less flexibility and more aggressive brushing action in heavy-duty application. Use this type of wheel on parts requiring high-impact action or to remove large burrs and heavy contamination, such as multiple layers of rust, scale, paint or oxides.
Stringer Bead Twist Wire Wheels
Have a very narrow face and are primarily used for weld cleaning in hard-to-reach areas.
Cable Twist Wire Wheels
Provide maximum impact for extremely severe applications. Available from 4″ to 12″ diameter, .020 or .023 wire size, steel or stainless steel.
Knot Wire Bevel Brushes
Provide maximum aggression for cleaning corners. Available in 4″ and 4 ½” diameter, .014 or .020 wire size, steel or stainless steel.
